Gunnison Valley Hospital is located at 711 N. Taylor Street in Gunnison, Colorado. 970-641-1456. The main entrance to our facility is on the corner of Taylor and Denver Streets on the Northern end of Gunnison.
Our Emergency Room entrance is located on off of Denver and Iowa streets.

Gunnison, Colorado is located 200 miles southwest of Denver off of US Highway 50, Gunnison sits 126 miles to the east of I-70 at Grand Junction and 150 miles to the west of I-25 at Pueblo. Highway 50 also connects with several principal arterial highways to Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Albuquerque, Denver, Dallas and other metropolitan areas. Highway 135 connects Gunnison to Crested Butte, 30 miles to the north.
All paved highways in Gunnison are open and maintained year round. Please be advised: both Kebler and Cottonwood Passes are open seasonally (are not open during winter months). Please check with
